Appoint Mary Collins, representing Developmental Disabilities, to a term expiring June 30, 2007.

Appoint Diane Smith, representing Developmental Disabilities, to a term expiring June 30, 2007.

Appoint Annie Floy Costello, representing Community at Large, to a term expiring June 30, 2007.

Appoint Anthony A. Aguerre, representing Community at Large, to a term expiring June 30, 2007.

Appoint John de Miranda, representing Community at Large, to a term expiring

June 30, 2006.
