RESOLUTION AMENDING FIRE MARSHAL SERVICE FEE SCHEDULE

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that:

WHEREAS, County Ordinance No. 2611, adopted October 9, 1979, authorizes the County Fire Warden to review building permits and development proposals for conformance with fire codes; and

WHEREAS, this Board has reviewed the fees shown in Attachment B, the basis of their calculation and the justification for same as set forth in the staff report presented in this matter.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Board hereby amends the Fire Marshal Service Fee Schedule, as shown in Attachment B to this resolution, and directs the Planning Director or designee to collect the fees shown thereon at the time of application for the listed permits or services and to deposit them in the County treasury.
