RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REGULATORY AGREEMENT AND DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

 

WHEREAS, Phillip and Christine Stahl are the owners of a property located at 3560 La Honda Road, further identified as APN 081-320-120 and wishes to convert an existing farm labor housing unit to an affordable rental unit on said property; and;

 

WHEREAS, as a condition of approval (County File Number PLN 2000-00907) of said affordable housing rental unit, Developer was required and has agreed to limit the use of said rental unit to long-term affordable housing for very low, low and/or moderate income households; and;

 

WHEREAS, this Board has been presented with a form of agreement to provide for the restriction of use on said rental unit to long-term rental housing affordable to very low, low and/or moderate income households;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the President of this Board of Supervisors be, and the President is hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on the behalf of the County of San Mateo, and the Clerk of this Board shall attest the President’s signature thereto. The County Manager, or his designee, is hereby directed and authorized to record this agreement and any other documents that may be required to implement the agreement.
