BACKGROUND:
On May 3, 2005, the Board of Supervisors agreed to participate in the Statewide Community Infrastructure Program (SCIP). Participation in this program made it possible for the residents of Los Trancos Woods to take part in the bond issuance program for the funding of a sewer system.
On May 23, the West Bay Sanitary District voted 4-0 to approve the attached agreement. This agreement authorizes West Bay Sanitary District’s participation in the bond issuance, the method of distribution of collected funds, and funding for the construction of the sewer system.
The County has no responsibilities listed in the agreement. The County must sign the agreement because of its membership in the SCIP program only.
