The Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, ordains as follows:

SECTION 1. Part 12 of the Ordinance is amended as indicated:

SECTION 2. Item 1 under Organization 20000 and Item 2 under Organization 30000 are effective with the start of the first pay period following adoption of this ordinance. All other parts of this ordinance are effective at the start of the first pay period 30 days following adoption.
