Resolution Authorizing the Erection of a Stop Sign at the Intersection of Crescent Street (County Road No. 1092) and Sunshine Valley Road (County Road No. 91) in Montara

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has evaluated the sight distance available for motorists entering the intersection of Crescent Street and Sunshine Valley Road; and

WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works, based on the aforesaid evaluation, has recommended that a stop sign be placed to stop traffic on Crescent Street and assign the right-of-way to traffic on Sunshine Valley Road; and

WHEREAS, this Board has considered and concurs with the recommendation of the Director of Public Works.

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to install a stop sign on Crescent Street, County Road No. 1092, in order to direct traffic on Crescent Street to stop and yield the right-of-way before entering the intersection of Crescent Street and Sunshine Valley Road.
