SUBJECT:

Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions on Real Property on San Bruno Mountain (Peninsula Mandalay Project)

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Adopt a resolution authorizing the President of the Board to execute a Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions on Real Property on San Bruno Mountain with respect to a portion of Administrative Parcel 2-04 (Peninsula Mandalay Project).

Goal(s): The proposed action furthers the goal of preserving our natural environment, and the commitment to preserve and enhance natural resources through environmental stewardship.

 

BACKGROUND:

The document presented for your review and execution by the President is a document which must be executed pursuant to the San Bruno Mountain Area HCP Agreement. The document will impose a set of covenants and restrictions on the property which will ensure a secure source of funding upon the development of the Peninsula Mandalay project Administrative Parcel 2-04 in South San Francisco. Upon execution by the County and the State, the document will be recorded against the subject property.

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

None to the County. Provides for landowner payment into HCP Trust Fund.
