Appointment to fill vacancy on the Expo Center Board and re-appointment to a three-year term.

Recommendation

Appoint Bill Nack to fill the vacancy left by the resignation of Director Marcy Saunders to a term expiring September 30, 2005. Reappoint Bill Nack to a three-year term expiring September 30, 2008.

Background

Expo Center Board Director, Marcy Saunders, tendered her resignation to General Manager Chris Carpenter. As liaisons to the Board, we are recommending that Bill Nack be appointed to the Expo Center Board.
