| Resolution Authorizing the Erection of a Stop Sign at the Intersection of Laurel Hill Drive (County Road No. 267) and Lexington Avenue (County Road No. 252-A) in the San Mateo Highlands Area |

| RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that | 
|  | 
| WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has evaluated the sight distance available for motorists entering the intersection of Laurel Hill Drive and Lexington Avenue; and | 
|  | 
| WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works, based on the aforesaid evaluation, has recommended that a stop sign be placed to stop traffic on Laurel Hill Drive and assign the right-of-way to traffic on Lexington Avenue; and | 
|  | 
| WHEREAS, this Board has considered and concurs with the recommendation of the Director of Public Works. | 
|  | 
| NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to install a stop sign on Laurel Hill Drive, County Road No. 267, in order to direct traffic on Laurel Hill Drive to stop and yield the right-of-way before entering the intersection of Laurel Hill Drive and Lexington Avenue. |
