An Ordinance Repealing Chapter 3.92 of the Ordinance Code

The Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, ordains as follow:

SECTION 1.

Chapter 3.92 of the San Mateo County Ordinance Code, relating to “Street Trees,” and including Sections 3.92.010 (Definitions), 3.92.020 (Cutting of trees on public highways or public places prohibited), 3.92.030 (Trimming of trees on public highways prohibited), 3.92.040 (Consent), 3.92.050 (Consent by supervisor), and 3.92.060 (Cuttings must be removed) is hereby repealed.

SECTION 2.

This Ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days from the passage date thereof.
