RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SAN MATEO COUNTY RISK MANAGER TO EXECUTE A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE OF THE COURTS FOR RESOLUTION OF FUTURE LIABILITY OF CERTAIN WORKERS’ COMPENSATION CLAIMS.

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Board of Supervisors for its consideration and acceptance a request to authorize the San Mateo County Risk Manager to execute a Memorandum of Understanding with the Administrative Office of the Courts to resolve future liability of certain workers’ compensation claims; and

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED, that this Board of Supervisors authorizes its Risk Manager to execute the aforesaid Memorandum of Understanding with the Administrative Office of the Courts.
