RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENTS BETWEEN
(1) THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO AND NATALINO & PHYLLIS MARCHI, AND
(2) THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO AND THE PETER & PHYLLIS MARCHI TRUST
TO PROVIDE AFFORDABLE HOUSING AT TWO PARCELS
CREATED FOR THAT PURPOSE ON CLOVERDALE ROAD, PESCADERO

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that
|
|
|
WHEREAS, the County and Natalino and Phyllis Marchi entered into an Agreement to Restrict Property, which was required as a condition of County’s approval of Marchi’s subdivision application (SMN 82-14); this Agreement was executed on July 29, 1985, and recorded (Document No. 85118748); and
|
|
|
WHEREAS, the County of San Mateo, Natalino & Phyllis Marchi, and the Peter & Phyllis Marchi Trust wish to enter into separate Agreements to provide two long-term affordable housing units at two sites created for that purpose on Cloverdale Road, Pescadero; and
|
|
|
WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Board of Supervisors for its consideration and acceptance an Agreement, reference to which is hereby made for further particulars, whereby Natalino & Phyllis Marchi or their successors in interest, will provide a housing unit for very low, low or moderate income households at APN 086-050-070, Cloverdale Road, Pescadero, throughout the life of the unit; and

WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Board of Supervisors for its consideration and acceptance an Agreement, reference to which is hereby made for further particulars, whereby the Peter & Phyllis Marchi Trust or their successors in interest, will provide a housing unit for very low, low or moderate income households at APN 086-050-080, Cloverdale Road, Pescadero, throughout the life of the unit; and

|
WHEREAS, this Board has examined and approved said Agreements as to both form and content and desires to enter into same.
|
|
|
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the President of this Board of Supervisors be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to execute said Agreements for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo, the Clerk of this Board shall attest the President’s signature thereto, and the County Manager, or his designee, is directed to record the executed agreements and all other necessary documents to complete the recordation.
