RESOLUTION SETTING RATES FOR MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES
|

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that
|
|
|
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend mental health services rates to be effective July 1, 2005, in order to meet Medi-Cal requirements; and
|
|
|
WHEREAS, such proposed rates are based upon the State Department of Mental Health’s standard maximum allowable rate or the projected actual cost of each service, whichever is greater;
|
|
|
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the rates for Mental Health Services are hereby set as follows:
