Resolution Approving the Final Map and Authorizing Acceptance of Dedication of Public Utility Easements – Palomar Oaks Subdivision - Redwood City Area

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has recommended that the map entitled: "PALOMAR OAKS (Tract No. S-931), SAN MATEO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA", be approved and that the Public Utility Easements as shown on said map and offered for dedication to the public be accepted; and

WHEREAS, this Board has considered and concurs with the recommendation of the Director of Public Works.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that:

1.

Said Map is hereby approved; and

2.

The Public Utility Easements as shown on said map and offered for dedication to the public on said map is hereby accepted on behalf of the public, but that the County accepts no responsibility for the maintenance of said easements by accepting said easements on behalf of the public.
