Reappointments to the In-Home Supportive Services Advisory Committee

RECOMMENDATION:

Reappoint the following In-Home Supportive Services Public Advisory Authority Committee Members to terms expiring December 31, 2009:

Vicki Paul, Member Representing Home Health Agency

Pat Bell, Member Representing Independent Provider

Laura Reed, Member Representing Community Based Advocacy Organization

Annie Sadler, Member Representing Consumer (Commission on Aging)

Paul Gallegos, Member Representing Consumer

Shared Vision 2010 #24: Residents accept individual responsibility for contributing to the quality of life of the County as a whole.

BACKGROUND:

The In-Home Supportive Services Public Authority Advisory Committee was created to advise the In-Home Supportive Services Public Authority and the Board of Supervisors on services and functions of the In-Home Supportive Services Public Authority.

Terms on the In-Home Supportive Services Public Authority Advisory Committee are for four years with a twelve year limitation which applies to full terms.
