RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH COMPUCOM SYSTEMS, INC FOR CONTINGENCY STAFFING SERVICES AND GRANT THE CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER THE AUTHORITY TO MAKE MINOR MODIFICATIONS AND AMENDMENTS NOT TO EXCEED $25,000

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Board of Supervisors for its consideration and acceptance an Agreement with Compucom Systems, Inc for the period of February 28, 2006 to February 27, 2009 for a total obligation of $2,142,000;

WHEREAS, signature authority is granted to the Chief Information Officer to make subsequent amendments and minor modifications not to exceed $25,000; and

WHEREAS, this Board has been presented with a form of an Agreement, said Board has examined and approved same as to both form and content and desires to enter into same;

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED 1) It is hereby authorized that the President of the Board of Supervisors is authorized and directed to execute said Agreement as is approved by the County Counsel for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo, and the Clerk of this Board shall attest the President’s signature thereto; 2) Signature authority is granted to the Chief Information Officer to execute subsequent amendments and minor modifications in an amount not to exceed $25,000.
