RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES WITH BARTIG, BASLER & RAY, PC, EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE AGREEMENT THROUGH JUNE 30, 2006, OR UNTIL COMPLETION, IN THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $135,000

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors has been presented for its consideration and acceptance an amended agreement (reference to which is hereby made for further particulars) whereby Bartig, Basler & Ray, a Professional Corporation, will provide professional consulting services for the Assessor-County Clerk-Recorder according to the original specifications through the extended period ending June 30, 2006, or until completion, for the original amount not to exceed $135,000; and

WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors has examined and approved it as to both form and content and desires to enter into said agreement; and

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the President of the Board of Supervisors is hereby authorized and directed to execute said amendment agreement for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo, and the Deputy Clerk of the Board shall attest the signature thereto.
