RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH JEFFERSON UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR IN-SCHOOL SERVICES THROUGH ITS PATHWAYS FOR SUCCESS PROGRAM

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, the County issued a Request For Proposals for youth services pursuant to which the Youth Advisory Committee has recommended that the County enter into an Agreement with Jefferson Union High School District to provide educational and employment services to In-school youth in the amount of $212,500 and the term of April 1, 2005 through June 30, 2006; and

WHEREAS, such services will conform to all WIA requirements; and

WHEREAS, this Board has examined and approved this Agreement as to form and content and desires to enter into the same.

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the President of the Board of Supervisors be, and is hereby authorized and directed to execute said Agreement for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo, and the Clerk of the Board shall attest to the President’s signature thereto.
