RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DONATION OF DONATION OF A

CURRENCY COUNTING AND SCANNING MACHINE FROM

THE SAN MATEO COUNTY BAIL AGENTS ASSOCIATION

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that:

WHEREAS, the San Mateo County Bail Agents Association wishes to donate a printer, currency counting and scanning machine to the Sheriff’s Office; and

WHEREAS, said donation valued at $3,126.00, will be used by the cashier’s office in the Maguire Correctional Facility; and

WHEREAS, this Board has been requested by the Sheriff to accept said donation for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo, and finds it necessary and desirable to do so;

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED THAT the President of this Board of Supervisors be, and is hereby authorized to accept the donation of a printer, currency counting and scanning machine valued at $3,126.00, to the Sheriff’s Office, for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo, and hereby offers its thanks to the San Mateo County Bail Agents Association for their generous donation.
