RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH TELCOR, INC. TO PROVIDE LABORATORY BILLING COMPUTER SOFTWARE AND SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR THE TERM OF MAY 1, 2006 THROUGH APRIL 30, 2009, IN THE AMOUNT OF $262,284

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, Telcor, Inc. was selected by a Request for Proposal process to provide laboratory billing computer software system and software maintenance services to the Public Health Lab; and

WHEREAS, both parties now wish to enter into an agreement to provide said services for the period of May 1, 2006 through April 30, 2009, for a total obligation not to exceed $262,284; and

WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Board of Supervisors for its consideration and acceptance, an Agreement between the County of San Mateo and Telcor, Inc., reference to which is hereby made for further particulars, and the Board of Supervisors has examined and approved the same as to form and content and desires to enter into the same.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Board of Supervisors be, and is hereby authorized and directed to execute said Agreement for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo, and the Clerk of this Board shall attest the President’s signature thereto.
