THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA

RESOLUTION HONORING AND COMMENDING

 

SERGEANT CRAIG R. MCKEE-PARKS

* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *

 

WHEREAS, on this 6th day of June, two thousand and six, SERGEANT CRAIG R. MCKEE-PARKS is honored for his thirty-two years of dedicated, honorable and faithful service to the City of San Bruno Police Department; and

   
 

WHEREAS, SERGEANT CRAIG R. MCKEE-PARKS holds a P.O.S.T Advanced Certificate, a P.O.S.T Supervisory Certificate, and a P.O.S.T Sherman Block Supervisory Leadership Institute Certificate; and

   
 

WHEREAS, SERGEANT CRAIG R. MCKEE-PARKS began his distinguished career as a Reserve Police Officer in 1974; and

   
 

WHEREAS, SERGEANT CRAIG R. MCKEE-PARKS has served in a variety of ranks throughout his illustrious career, including Reserve Officer, Officer, Sergeant and Detective Sergeant; and

   
 

WHEREAS, during his tenure with the San Bruno Police Department, SERGEANT CRAIG R. MCKEE-PARKS has served in numerous capacities including Officer in Charge, Field Training Officer, Assistant Range Master, Motor Officer, Juvenile Officer, Traffic Sergeant, and Reserve Officer Coordinator; and

   
 

WHEREAS, SERGEANT CRAIG R. MCKEE-PARKS has served with distinction, honor, courage, loyalty and compassion toward making our community a safer place to live.

   
 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOVLVED that the Board of Supervisors of San Mateo County expresses congratulations and sincere gratitude to SERGEANT CRAIG R. MCKEE-PARKS for thirty-two years of extraordinary and outstanding service to the City of San Bruno, and wishes him happiness and good health upon his retirement from the San Bruno Police Department.
