Resolution Authorizing Execution Of An Agreement To Allow A Private Sanitary Sewer System Within Road Right-Of-Way – Lands of Lombardo

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, Richard F. Lombardo and Kristen J. Lombardo (Owners) are the owners of real property in the County of San Mateo, State of California, and have requested the issuance of an Encroachment Permit from the County to install a private sanitary sewer line within Camborne Ave. right-of-way; and

WHEREAS, Owners have agreed to execute a recorded agreement to maintain, repair, relocate or remove said encroachments at Owner’s expense upon demand of County; and

WHEREAS, this board has reviewed the agreement as to both form and content, and desires to enter into same.

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED THAT:

The President of this Board is hereby authorized and directed to execute said Agreement for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo, and the Clerk of the Board shall attest his signature.
