BACKGROUND:
|
The Design Review Committee exists to review, condition and approve all building permit applications in the design review area. The Committee reviews all applications for compliance with specific site planning and architectural standards developed for the area. The Coastside committee is responsible for reviewing residential development projects in the communities of El Granada, Moss Beach and Montara.
