RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF REPORTS TO THE SECRETARY OF RESOURCES OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA AND DESIGNATING A RESPONSIBLE PERSON

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, the County of San Mateo is eligible for State subventions on lands designated as Agricultural Preserves; and

WHEREAS, regulations adopted by the Secretary of Resources of the State of California require the Board of Supervisors to authorize filing a report and designating an authorized representative.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo authorizes the filing of a report for State subventions on agricultural preserves and hereby designates the holder of the office of Community Development Director, as the authorized representative.
