RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF AN AMENDMENT TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE AGREEMENT WITH ACIONYX, INC. FOR TAX INFORMATION SYSTEM PROGRAMMING IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $472,720.00.

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Board of Supervisors for its consideration and approval an Amendment to extend the term of the Agreement between the County of San Mateo and Acionyx, Inc., whereby Acionyx, Inc. will provide tax information systems programming services from January 1, 2004 to September 30, 2006 in an amount not to exceed $472,720.00; and

WHEREAS, this Board has examined and approved the Amendment to the Agreement as to both form and content and desires to approve same.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo hereby authorizes the President of the Board of Supervisors to enter into said Agreement between Acionyx, Inc. and the County of San Mateo, and the Clerk of the Board shall attest the signature thereto.
