RECOMMENDATION:

Accept the Agricultural Advisory Committee 2005 Annual Report and 2006 Annual Workplan

The report and workplan from the Agricultural Advisory Committee contribute to this commitment and goal by providing information on the Committee’s accomplishments and efforts to preserve the county’s agricultural resources.

BACKGROUND:

The Agricultural Advisory Committee will be presenting their Annual Report and Workplan to the Board of Supervisors on July 11, 2006. The Board has already been provided a copy of each report for review. The Agricultural Advisory Committee would appreciate any comments or suggestions from the Board that would improve future reports or the operation of the committee.
