Resolution Designating One-Hour Time Limited Parking Zone on Middlefield Road
|

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that
|
|
WHEREAS, the State of California Vehicle Code allows a local agency to establish time limited parking zones in public rights-of-ways; and
|
|
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has recommended that there is a need for a new one-hour time limited parking zone on a portion of Middlefield Road to provide for the orderly movement of traffic; and
|
|
WHEREAS, this Board of Supervisors has reviewed and concurs with the recommendation of the Director of Public Works.
|
|
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that:

A one-hour time limited parking zone is declared to exist at the following location:
|
|
|
Ø

On the easterly side of MIDDLEFIELD ROAD commencing at a point 30 feet northerly of the intersection of HURLINGAME AVENUE and extending northerly to the intersection of MAC ARTHUR AVENUE, a distance of 190 feet, more or less, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, holidays excepted.

Said one-hour time limited parking zone shall remain in effect until rescinded by the Board of Supervisors.
