Resolution Designating Twenty-Minute Time Limited Parking Zone on 4th Avenue

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that
|
|
WHEREAS, the State of California Vehicle Code allows a local agency to establish time limited parking zones in public rights-of-ways; and
|
|
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has recommended that there is a need for a new twenty-minute time limited parking zone on a portion of 4th Avenue to provide for the orderly movement of traffic; and
|
|
WHEREAS, this Board of Supervisors has reviewed and concurs with the recommendation of the Director of Public Works.
|
|
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that:

A twenty-minute time limited parking zone is declared to exist at the following location:
|
|
|

On the northerly side of 4TH AVENUE commencing at a point 50 feet westerly of the intersection of MIDDLEFIELD ROAD and extending westerly a distance of 13 feet, more or less, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, holidays excepted.

Said twenty-minute time limited parking zone shall remain in effect until rescinded by the Board of Supervisors.
