Resolution Designating No Parking Zone On Warrington Avenue

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, the State of California Vehicle Code allows a local agency to establish no parking zones in public rights-of-ways; and

WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has recommended that there is a need for a no parking zone on a portion of Warrington Avenue in order to provide for the orderly movement of traffic; and

WHEREAS, this Board of Supervisors has reviewed and concurs with the recommendation of the Director of Public Works.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that:

1.

A no parking zone is declared to exist at the following location:

Warrington Avenue

On the northerly side of WARRINGTON AVENUE commencing at a point 250 feet westerly of the intersection of HALSEY AVENUE and extending westerly a distance of 8 feet, more or less.

2.

Said no parking zone shall remain in effect until rescinded by the Board of Supervisors.
