AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 04322 | |
The Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, ordains as follows: | |
SECTION 1. Part 5 of the Ordinance is amended as indicated: | |
1. |
District Attorney’s Office. Attorneys who are assigned by the District Attorney to work as a Deputy-in-Charge of the following work units shall receive a differential of 5.74% of base pay in addition to all other compensation. Only one employee at a time may receive payment in each area: |
• Each Municipal Court Branch | |
• Juvenile Court Division | |
• Consumer Fraud | |
• General Office Support | |
2. |
Sheriff’s Office. The Lieutenant in charge of the Office of Emergency Services and Homeland Security shall receive a differential of 7.5% of base pay in addition to all other compensation. |
3. |
Probation. The Deputy Chief of Institutions and the Director of the Juvenile Hall shall receive a differential of 5.74% of base pay in addition to all other compensation for a period of 6 months from May 1, 2006 through November 3, 2006. |
SECTION 2. Part 12 of the Ordinance is amended as indicated: | |

Item V235, Information Technology Analyst, is increased by 1 position for a new total of 3 positions. |

Item E419, Lead Medical Office Assistant, is decreased by 1 position for a new total of 0 positions. |
2. |
Item V230, Information Technology Technician, is increased by 1 position for a new total of 1 position. |
ORGANIZATION 70000 HUMAN SERVICES | |
1. |
Item E336, Lead Office Assistant, is decreased by 1 position for a new total of 10 positions. |
2. |
Item E338, Office Services Supervisor-E, is increased by 1 position for a new total of 1 position. |
SECTION 3. Section 1 of this ordinance is effective on August 27, 2006. All other parts of this ordinance are effective at the start of the first pay period 30 days following adoption. |
