RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING AGENT TO USE COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY SERVICES, LLC., WALKER COMM, INC., AND CIRRUS SOLUTIONS, INC. AS COPPER AND FIBER CABLE INSTALLATION PROVIDERS FOR A PERIOD OF THREE YEARS

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Board of Supervisors for its consideration and acceptance a request to authorize the Purchasing Agent to enter into agreements with Communications Technology Services, LLC., Walker Comm., Inc., and Cirrus Solutions, Inc. as copper and fiber cable installers on a per project basis from August 28, 2006 to August 27, 2009 in a total amount not to exceed $500,000;

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Board of Supervisors authorize the Purchasing Agent to enter into agreements for copper and fiber cable installation on behalf of the County of San Mateo, and the clerk of this Board shall attest the President’s signature thereto.
