RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES AGENCY TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCES ASSOCIATES, IN THE AMOUNT OF $118,371, FOR PREPARATION OF A PROGRAM ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR THE DRAFT HUDDART/WUNDERLICH MASTER PLAN

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, the County of San Mateo advertised a Request for Proposal to two marketing firms for wide distribution and circulated it to thirty-five planning consultant firms for the preparation of an EIR for the Huddart/Wunderlich Master Plan; and

WHEREAS, the County received one proposal from Environmental Sciences Associates (ESA) for the amount of $118,371; and

WHEREAS, County staff have evaluated the proposal and found the consultant qualified in terms of experience and the cost acceptable for the work proposed.

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the

San Mateo County Board of Supervisors by adoption of this resolution hereby authorizes the Director of the Environmental Services Agency to execute an agreement with Environmental Sciences Associates, in the amount of $118,371, for the preparation of a Program EIR for the Huddart/Wunderlich Master Plan.
