BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, SITTING AS THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA

RESOLUTION ADOPTING POLICY AND PROCEDURES RELATED TO APPROPRIATION TRANSFER REQUESTS

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, sitting as the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, the County of San Mateo has approved policies and procedures related to Appropriation Transfer Requests; and

WHEREAS, such policies and procedures are published in the County of San Mateo Contract Handbook and Administrative Memorandum B-15 dated April 29, 1994; and

WHEREAS, the Housing Authority has not previously adopted policy or procedure for appropriation transfers and fund transfer of this nature, and it is in the best interest of the Housing Authority, the clients it serves, and the general public to do so.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority adopts the Appropriation Transfer Request policy and procedures of the County of San Mateo as the Appropriation Transfer Request Policy and procedures for the Housing Authority.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Director of the Department of Housing is directed and authorized to implement such policy and procedures and to take all actions necessary in connection with the proper transfer of funds.
