RECOMMENDATION:

Appoint Paul Scannell of Millbrae to the Joint Powers Authority Board of Directors for an open term of office beginning upon appointment.

DISCUSSION:
|
Mr. Lee Mitchell, fifteen-year member of the Board of Directors recently passed away. Mr. Scannell who is the former Assistant County Manager of the County of San Mateo, has been nominated to serve on the Board.
