RECOMMENDATION:

Appoint Eric Shapira and Kate Bond to the Commission on Aging to a term expiring June 30, 2007 and Harry Tong to a term expiring June 30, 2008.

DISCUSSION:
|
The mission of the San Mateo County Commission on Aging is to improve the quality of life for seniors in San Mateo County through the promotion of independence, self-sufficiency, mental and physical health, as well as community involvement.
|
|
|
Eric Shapira and Kate Bond will be completing terms vacated by Rubelia Horton and Janet Galino respectively. Harry Tong is completing a term vacated by Rachel Sanchez-Parodi.
