Appoint Thomas F. Casey III to the Joint Powers Authority Board of Directors for an open term of office beginning upon appointment.

DISCUSSION:
|
Mr. Casey who is the County Counsel for San Mateo County has been nominated to serve on the Board. He will be replacing Mr. Frank Ingersoll.
