RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF AN APPLICATION TO THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SERVICES FOR THE CHILDREN’S DENTAL DISEASE PREVENTION PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEARS 2007-2010.

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, the State of California Department of Health Services provides grants to local governments to promote dental disease prevention among at-risk children in grades preschool through six; and

WHEREAS, the grant application requires a resolution from the governing body authorizing submission of the application.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Board of Supervisors authorizes submission of an application to the California Department of Health Services for the Children’s Dental Disease Prevention Program for Fiscal Years 2007-2010.
