Appoint Beverly Beasley Johnson to the Workforce Investment Board to a term expiring January 31, 2009.

DISCUSSION:

Ms. Johnson will be filling the position left vacant by Glen Brooks. She will be serving on the Workforce Investment Board representing One-Stop Partner.
