Resolution Designating One-Hour Time Limited Parking Zone On
Hurlingame Avenue

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, the State of California Vehicle Code allows a local agency to establish time limited parking zones in public rights-of-ways; and

WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has recommended that there is a need for a new one-hour time limited parking zone on a portion of Hurlingame Avenue to provide for the orderly movement of traffic; and

WHEREAS, this Board of Supervisors has reviewed and concurs with the recommendation of the Director of Public Works.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that:

1.

A one-hour time limited parking zone is declared to exist at the following location:

On the southerly side of HURLINGAME AVENUE commencing at a point 185 feet westerly of the intersection of BAY ROAD and extending westerly, a distance of 35 feet, more or less.

2.

Said one-hour time limited parking zone shall remain in effect until rescinded by the Board of Supervisors.
