Nomination to appoint Theresa Parsons to the San Mateo County Investment Advisory Committee

RECOMMENDATION:

Approve the nomination by the Treasurer for the appointment of Theresa Parsons to the County Investment Advisory Committee.

BACKGROUND:

The position held by Jessica Schackne, representing the County Superintendent of Schools, is currently vacant on the County Investment Advisory Committee. The County Superintendent of Schools has selected Theresa Parsons as her designee and therefore, the Treasurer nominates Ms. Parsons subject to the Board of Supervisor’s confirmation in accordance with the County Investment Policy.
