Reappointments to the Housing and Community Development Committee

RECOMMENDATION:

Reappoint the following individuals to the Housing and Community Development Committee:

Nancy Mangini and John Plock to a term expiring December 31, 2009

Norma Fragoza to a term expiring December 31, 2010

Appoint the following individuals to the Housing and Community Development Committee:

Helen Karr to a term expiring December 31, 2008

Susy Castoria to a term expiring December 31, 2011

Shared Vision 2010 #24: Residents accept individual responsibility for contributing to the quality of life of the County as a whole.

BACKGROUND:

The Committee makes recommendations to the Board of Supervisors related to the expenditure of all housing and community development funds, reviews and provides a forum for public comment on affordable housing and community development needs and priorities related to the development of the Consolidated Plan and related Annual Action Plans.

Terms on the Housing and Community Development Committee are four years with a twelve-year limitation, which applies to full terms.
