RESOLUTION 1) AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN

THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO AND IMPACT SCIENCES, INC. FOR PREPARING DRAFT AND FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORTS FOR THE TICONDEROGA SUBDIVISION; 2) AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT TO EXECUTE SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS AND MINOR MODIFICATIONS NOT TO EXCEED AN AGGREGATE OF $25,000 AND TO MAKE MINOR CHANGES IN THE TYPES OF SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES PROVIDED UNDER THE AGREEMENT

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that:

WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Board of Supervisors for its consideration and acceptance an Agreement, reference to which is hereby made for further particulars, whereby Impact Sciences, Inc. will prepare a Draft Environmental Impact Report and a Final Environmental Impact Report for the Ticonderoga Subdivision; and

WHEREAS, both parties now wish to enter into an Agreement, for the draft and final Environmental Impact Reports preparation services for the period of February 27, 2007 to June 30, 2008 for a total obligation of $114,305 and

WHEREAS, this Board has been presented with a form of said Agreement and said Board has examined and approved same as to both form and content and desires to enter into same.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the President of this Board of Supervisors be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to execute said Agreement for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo, and the Clerk of this Board shall attest the President’s signature thereto.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Community Development is authorized to execute subsequent amendments and minor modifications not to exceed an aggregate of $25,000 and to make minor changes in the types of services and activities provided under the Agreement.
