AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 04322

 

The Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, ordains as follows:

SECTION 1. Part 12 of the Ordinance is amended as indicated:

ORGANIZATION 17000 HUMAN RESOURCES

1.

Item E464, Office Specialist - Confidential, is decreased by 1 position for a new total of 2 positions.

2.

Item E013, Human Resources Technician - Confidential, is increased by 1 position for a new total of 3 positions.

 

ORGANIZATION 30000 SHERIFF’S OFFICE

1.

Item H025-Y, Supervising Criminalist – Y Rated, is decreased by 1 position for a new total of 0 positions.

2.

Item D051, Quality Assurance Manager – Forensic Lab, is increased by 1 position for a new total of 1 position.

 

ORGANIZATION 32000 PROBATION

1.

Item E394S, Deputy Court Clerk Series is decreased by 3 positions for a new total of 0 positions.

2.

Item E374, Lead Office Assistant, is increased by 1 position for a new total of 1 position.

3.

Item E372S, Legal Office Assistant, is increased by 2 positions for a new total of 6 positions.

 

ORGANIZATION 61000 MENTAL HEALTH

1.

Item G226S, Community Program Specialist Series is decreased by 1 position for a new total of 7 positions.

2.

Item D045, Administrative Services Manager I is increased by 1 position for a new total of 2 positions.

2.

4.

Item E420, Medical Office Specialist, is increased by 1 position for a new total of 7 positions.

 

SECTION 2. The changes for Organization 66000, Items 3 and 4, are effective on January 28, 2007. All other parts of this ordinance are effective at the start of the first pay period 30 days following adoption.
