RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH THE MENTAL HEALTH ASSOCIATION OF SAN MATEO TO ADD FLEXIBLE FUND ADMINISTRATION FOR THE PATHWAYS FOR WOMEN PROGRAM FOR THE TERM JULY 1, 2006 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2008, AND TO INCREASE THE MAXIMUM OBLIGATION BY $40,000 FROM $4,094,514 TO $4,134,514

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Board of Supervisors for its consideration and acceptance an Amendment to the Agreement with Mental Health Association of San Mateo, reference to which is hereby made for further particulars;

WHEREAS, both parties now wish to enter into an Amendment to the Agreement to provide Flexible Fund administration for the Pathways for Women program, and to increase the maximum obligation by $40,000 from $4,094,514 to $4,134,514, with no change to the term of the Agreement; and

WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors has examined and approved the Amendment to the Agreement as to form and content and desires to enter into same:

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the President of the Board of Supervisors is hereby authorized and directed to execute said Amendment to the Agreement for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo, and the Clerk of this Board shall attest the President’s signature thereto.
