RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING AMONG THE CHILDREN’S HEALTH INITIATIVE ORGANIZATIONS AND TRANSFERRING THE GOVERNANCE OF THE CHILDREN’S HEALTH INITIATIVE TO THE SAN MATEO COMMUNITY HEALTH AUTHORITY

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, on January 28, 2003, your Board adopted Resolution Number 065792, approving a Memorandum of Understanding signed by the Children’s Health Initiative Coalition;

WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Board of Supervisors for its consideration and approval, a Memorandum of Understanding transferring governance of the Children’s Health Initiative from the Board of Supervisors to the San Mateo County Health Authority:

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the President of this Board of Supervisors be, and is hereby authorized and directed to execute said Memorandum of Understanding for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo, and the Clerk of the Board shall attest the President’s signature thereto.
