RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH GRAHAM BEAUMONT, M.D. TO INCREASE THE MAXIMUM OBLIGATION BY $35,000 TO A NEW MAXIMUM OF $185,000 TO PROVIDE PSYCHIATRY SERVICES FOR THE TERM JULY 1, 2005 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2008

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, on December 13, 2005 this Board approved an Agreement by Resolution Number 67737 with Graham Beaumont, M.D. for the provision of psychiatry services for the term of July 1, 2005 through June 30, 2008 for a maximum obligation of $150,000; and

WHEREAS, both parties now wish to amend the Agreement to increase the maximum obligation by $35,000 to a new maximum of $185,000 with no change to the term; and

WHEREAS, this Board has been presented with a form of the Amendment to the Agreement and has examined and approved it as to both form and content and desires to enter into the Amendment to the Agreement:

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the President of this Board of Supervisors be and is hereby authorized and directed to execute said amended Agreement for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo, and the Clerk of this Board shall attest the President’s signature thereto.
