RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH CAMINAR TO ADD FISCAL ACCOUNTABILITY AND OVERSIGHT FOR GRANT FUNDING FOR THE SAN MATEO COUNTY CONTRACTORS’ ASSOCIATION FOR THE TERM JULY 1, 2006 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2007, AND TO INCREASE THE MAXIMUM OBLIGATION BY $50,000 FROM $6,230,319 TO $6,280,319

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, on September 12, 2006 by Resolution 68267 this Board of Supervisors approved an agreement with Caminar for the provision of housing and housing related services, supported education services, rehabilitation services, and intensive case management services for the term July 1, 2006 through June 30, 2007, for a maximum obligation of $6,230,319; and

WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Board of Supervisors for its consideration and acceptance an Amendment to the Agreement with Caminar, reference to which is hereby made for further particulars; and

WHEREAS, both parties now wish to enter into an Amendment to the Agreement to provide fiscal accountability and oversight for grant funding for the San Mateo County Contractors’ Association, and to increase the maximum obligation by $50,000 from $6,230,319 to $6,280,319; and

WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors has examined and approved the Amendment to the Agreement as to form and content and desires to enter into same:

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the President of the Board of Supervisors is hereby authorized and directed to execute said Amendment to the Agreement for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo, and the Clerk of this Board shall attest the President’s signature thereto.
