RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH STAT NURSES INTERNATIONAL, INC. TO AUTHORIZE ITS ASSIGNMENT TO HEALTH TALENT, INC. TO PROVIDE NURSING AND/OR REHABILITATION STAFF UPON REQUEST FROM SAN MATEO MEDICAL CENTER, BURLINGAME LONG TERM CARE AND THE AIDS PROGRAM

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, on June 27, 2006, the Board authorized an agreement with Stat Nurses International, Inc., among others, for a term of July 1, 2006 to June 30, 2008 in an amount not to exceed $3,830,000; and

WHEREAS, on February 1, 2007, Stat Nurses International, Inc., changed its name to Health Talent, Inc.; and

WHEREAS, this Board has been presented with a form of amendment to the Agreement which would assign it to Health Talent, Inc. and has examined and approved it as to both form and content and desires to amend the agreement.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the President of the Board of Supervisors be and is hereby authorized and directed to execute said amendment to the Agreement for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo and the Clerk of this Board shall attest the President’s signatures thereto.
