RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH EASY ACCESS, INC., EXTENDING THE TERM THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2008, TO COMPLETE THE UPGRADE OF TWO EXISTING ASSESSMENT SYSTEMS, FOR THE UNSPENT BALANCE OF THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT, NOT TO EXCEED $94,913.

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, there has been presented to the Board of Supervisors for its consideration and acceptance the form of an amendment to the agreement with Easy Access, Inc. (reference to which is hereby made for further particulars) whereby the term of the original agreement is extended by two years, through December 31, 2008, so that Easy Access, Inc. may complete the originally specified analytical and technical services to upgrade existing property assessment systems, for an amount not to exceed the unspent balance of $94,913 remaining on the original amount of $161,200; and

WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors has examined and approved said amendment as to both form and content and desires to enter into it; and

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the President of the Board of Supervisors is authorized and directed to execute said amendment to the agreement with Easy Access, Inc. for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo, and the Clerk of the Board shall attest the signature thereto.
