RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REVOCABLE STORM WATER DRAINAGE PERMIT ON EDGEWOOD COUNTY PARK PROPERTY

WITH DAN AND NANCY COOK

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Board of Supervisors for its consideration and acceptance a Revocable Storm Water Drainage Permit, reference to which is hereby made for further particulars, whereby the County of San Mateo shall permit Dan and Nancy Cook to discharge storm water runoff from their property onto Edgewood County Park Property, in accordance with the terms and conditions of said permit;

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the President of this Board of Supervisors be, and is hereby authorized, and directed to execute the Revocable Storm Water Drainage Permit for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo, and the Clerk of this Board shall attest the President’s signature thereto.

IT IS FURTHER DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the County Manager or the Manager’s designee is hereby authorized to execute any notices, consents, approvals, terminations, and documents in connection with the Permit or to meet the intent of this Resolution, except as otherwise provided by applicable law.
